Who we are
LootEngine is made by Baker Software (bakersoftware.co.uk), which is the data controller for the information described here. You can reach us at [email protected].
What we collect
When you join the waitlist we store:
- your email address,
- the date and time you signed up,
- which form you used (for example the top or bottom of the page), and
- which version of this notice you agreed to.
We don't store your IP address with your sign-up, and this website doesn't use advertising or analytics cookies.
Why we use it
We use your email address only to tell you about LootEngine's launch and early access. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you give by submitting the form. You can withdraw it at any time.
Spam protection
The waitlist form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that sign-ups come from people rather than bots. Turnstile runs only when you interact with the form and processes limited technical information about your browser to do this. SeeCloudflare's Turnstile privacy addendum for details.
Who processes it
This website and the waitlist database are hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., which processes the data on our behalf. We don't sell your data or share it with anyone else.
How long we keep it
We keep your email address until LootEngine launches and we've sent launch news, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, and withdraw your consent. Email[email protected] and we'll respond within one month. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
